The Samhain Menu: “Roghchlár na Scéalta”

To end, Honey Roasted Apples pay homage to Fermanagh’s own beekeepers and orchards. Drizzled with local honey, infused with warm spices, and served with a dollop of sweet cream, this dessert evokes the hearth and home of old Ireland — the sweet reward of the year’s final harvest.
