We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To cancel your reservation free of charge, kindly reach out to us before 12 o’clock midday, two days prior to your scheduled arrival. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will result in a charge equivalent to one full night’s stay.Please note that if you have selected a PRE-PAID rate, changes to your reservation are not permitted, and refunds will not be applicable. This rate is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. We advise reviewing your plans carefully before booking a PRE-PAID rate.
