As a Chef de Partie, you will be an essential part of our kitchen staff, working alongside other chefs to deliver food of the highest standard. You will be responsible for one particular section of the kitchen, ensuring that dishes are executed with precision and care. Manage a specific section of the kitchen, be it pastry, butchery, fish, sauces, vegetables, or another specialty. Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your specialty. Supervise and train any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you. Ensure high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety. Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins. Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new dishes and menus.

To offer the highest level of guest service in accommodation and all areas ensuring the agreed standard are achieved at all times. · Complete the domestic work required, including changing the bedclothes and cleaning and replenishing the bathroom. Check the general condition of the room and notify the Manager of any malfunction.

Assist in setting up tables and dining areas, including arrangement of tableware and decorations. Support in taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining and kitchen areas. Help manage inventory and supplies, ensuring all items are adequately stocked. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving customer concerns promptly. Assist in processing payments and maintain accurate financial records. Collaborate with kitchen and management staff to improve service delivery. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within all areas of responsibility.
